Mexican President receives credentials from UAE Ambassador

President of Mexico, Enrique Pena Nieto, has received the credentials of Ahmed Hatem Al Menhali as Extraordinary Ambassador and Plenipotentiary of the UAE to Mexico.

During the meeting, Al Menhali conveyed greetings from President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, to the Mexican president. He also conveyed Their Highnesses’ wishes for continued good health for President Nieto and further progress and prosperity for the people of Mexico.

The UAE ambassador stressed that he will spare no effort to bolster friendly relations and cooperation between the two countries.

The Mexican president requested the ambassador to convey his greetings to H.H. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed, H.H Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid and H.H. Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed, the government and people of the UAE. He wished for further growth for relations between the two countries so as to serve their common interests.

He also wished Al Menhali success is his diplomatic assignment in Mexico.
